Task Order for Traffic Calming, Improvements & Other Safety Related Enhancements, RFQ 692005

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking to award one or more task order contracts to qualified general contractors for roadway related construction on an as-needed basis. The work includes traffic calming, traffic safety improvement projects, intersection improvements, sidewalks and trails, bus stops and shelters, and related road maintenance projects. The contract will have a one-year base term and up to four one-year option terms. The typical task order value is expected to be between $10,000 and $2,000,000. • The contract will be a competitive bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. • The work will be done on Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) or other public right-of-way(s). • A pre-bid conference will be held virtually on January 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. • The submission deadline is 2/3/2026 4:00 PM.
