Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for golf cart repairs, maintenance, and oil changes, as well as purchasing parts to be installed by the facility. The contract will be for a period starting on September 1, 2026. The scope of work includes minor golf cart repairs, maintenance, and oil changes. The bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award.
• The bidder must have experience in golf cart repairs and maintenance.
• The bidder must have the capacity to provide the services described in the IFB.
• The bidder must submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations.
• The bidder must submit a completed Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet.
• The bidder must provide any other information that demonstrates their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
