SWTP Open Storage Structure Project

The City of Marco Island is soliciting bids for the construction of an open storage structure to house 60 portable generators at the City’s South Water Treatment Plant. The project includes furnishing, installing, and commissioning a prefabricated steel structure, along with site improvements including, but not limited to, concrete foundation, electrical system, plumbing, pavement, drainage, and other associated work. The project is scheduled to begin on June 2026, with a requirement for substantial completion within 10 months.
