Washington District Infrastructure Upgrade Project

The City of West Sacramento is seeking a contractor to perform infrastructure upgrades in the Washington District, including water main improvements, sewer system improvements, and installation of fiber optic conduit and utility boxes. The project requires removal and replacement of existing pipelines, new pipeline installation, service tie-ins, trenching, backfill, sewer main rehabilitation, and coordination with UPRR. The contractor must comply with the SACOG Green Means Go Grant requirements and complete the work before December 31, 2026.
