The City of Waconia is seeking a contractor to execute a comprehensive streetscape and utility improvement project along 5th Street. The scope includes extensive site work, utility installation, and roadway reconstruction. • 5,000 cu yd common excavation and 5,500 ton select granular borrow for sub‑grade preparation. • Installation of 1,200 LF sanitary sewer, 1,300 LF watermain, and 1,000 LF storm sewer, plus associated water services. • Placement of 2,000 TON bituminous paving, 4,000 sq ft concrete sidewalk, and 3,900 LF concrete curb & gutter, with ADA‑compliant curb ramps. • Multiple ancillary works such as aggregate base, erosion control, traffic control, and pavement removal. • All bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN by the stated closing date, with plans available for a $50 download fee.
