MAA Carpet Tiles Mohawk 24"x24"

The Maryland Aviation Administration is seeking bids for the procurement of carpet tiles. The contract requires the delivery of 150 cartons of carpet tiles (24” x 24”) to the MAA Warehouse in Glen Burnie, MD. The successful bidder will be required to provide the goods and services as specified in the IFB. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable bid price. • The contract is for a one-time purchase of carpet tiles. • The carpet tiles must be delivered to the MAA Warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the approved purchase order. • The contract is a fixed-price contract. • The contract is subject to the Prompt Payment Policy Directive issued by the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs. • The contract requires compliance with all federal, State, and local laws applicable to the contractor's activities and obligations under the contract.
