Description
The Queen City Development Group is soliciting qualified subcontractors for construction work at 296 South Main St., St. Albans, VT. The project includes plumbing, heating, and electrical work, as well as carpentry and other trades. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating all work and scheduling, and for verifying existing conditions and dimensions on site prior to commencement of work. The contractor must also comply with all applicable codes and regulations, including the Vermont Fire & Building Safety Code and the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code.
• The project requires a site visit on 7/8/2026 at 10:00 AM.
• The contractor must provide a complete and workmanlike job, including all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and the like.
• The contractor must maintain the required fire rating of wall assemblies and coordinate this work with appropriate subcontractors.
• The contractor must provide fire stopping at all penetrations and in all stud walls adjacent to stringers in all stairs.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable codes and regulations, including the Vermont Fire & Building Safety Code and the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code.
