Description
The Town of Huntersville is seeking bids for the construction of a splash pad and surrounding hardscape at Waymer Park. The project includes demolition, grading, erosion control, installation of stormwater conveyance measures, utilities, furnishings, and landscape. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the owner's representative and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Key aspects of the project include:
• Demolition of existing structures and removal of debris
• Installation of a splash pad and associated piping and equipment
• Construction of hardscape features such as sidewalks, curbs, and gutters
