Riverside Crossing Park - Electrical Infrastructure

The City of Dublin is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to install the full electrical infrastructure for Riverside Crossing Park, including trenching, conduit, transformers, breaker boxes, safety switches, and related site restoration. The work must comply with municipal specifications, prevailing‑wage requirements, and Ohio‑product preferences, and be completed within a tight timeframe. • Scope includes hand/mechanical trenching, mole‑ing, conduit installation, transformer and breaker box placement, wiring, and as‑built restoration. • All materials, labor, and equipment must be supplied by the contractor; sub‑contracts may not exceed 50 % of total contract value. • Mandatory bid guaranty equal to 10 % of estimated contract value and required bid bond; performance bond and insurance to be submitted within 10 days of award. • Construction start no earlier than 9/21/2026, with completion required by 10/31/2026 (approximately 40 days). • Contractor must provide non‑collusion, delinquent‑tax, and authority affidavits, as well as experience records and a list of subcontractors.
