Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a sole source contract to NCR Government Systems, LLC for Advanced Retail Technology Suite (ARTS) support. The contract involves providing specialized knowledge transfer, architectural design, and technical development support for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The technical scope includes incorporating the SAP Emarsys Omnichannel Customer Engagement Platform and the SAP Customer Data Cloud to securely engage with patrons and develop new marketing programs.
