Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for a qualified Dental Anesthesiologist to provide dental services utilizing anesthesia for residents with intellectual and developmental delays residing at San Angelo State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The Bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The response must include a completed and signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations, a completed Pricing Sheet, and any other information the Bidder believes is pertinent to demonstrate their financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB.
