Description
The Madison District Public Schools is seeking a contractor to replace three rooftop HVAC units at Wilkinson Middle School. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The project includes the removal of existing units and the installation of new ones, as well as any necessary repairs to the roof curb system and below-roof ductwork. The contractor must have experience working with public sector clients and must be familiar with the requirements of the project.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum bid for the work.
• The contractor must provide unit prices for labor and materials.
• The contractor must have experience with RTU replacements.
• The contractor must be licensed to work in the state of Michigan.
• The contractor must have a minimum of $1 million in liability insurance.
