Stevedoring & Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) Ports in Malaysia

The Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) Ports in Malaysia RFQ is seeking a contractor to provide S&RTS at ports in Malaysia in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. The services will include managing US military cargo, stevedoring and longshoring, vessel and truck loading and discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management staging, intra port transfers, cargo prep, Tallying & Checking (T&C), and warehousing Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials. The contractor will be required to work multiple vessel(s) and vessel decks simultaneously, at all port(s) located at Penang, Klang, Bintulu, Johor, Kuantan, Labuan, and Tanjung Pelepas. The services will be provided 24-hours a day, seven (7) days per week, and 365 days per year. • The contractor will be responsible for managing US military cargo, including containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft. • The contractor will be required to work multiple vessel(s) and vessel decks simultaneously. • The services will be provided at all port(s) located at Penang, Klang, Bintulu, Johor, Kuantan, Labuan, and Tanjung Pelepas. • The contractor will be required to provide cargo management staging, intra port transfers, cargo prep, Tallying & Checking (T&C), and warehousing Government provided dunnage and tiedown materials.
