RFP - Service Line Equipment for Four Elementary Schools

The Warren Consolidated Schools is seeking bids for the provision of service line equipment for four elementary schools. The equipment includes refrigerated cold pan serving counters, display cases, and hot food counters. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the equipment, remove and dispose of the old equipment, and provide pricing that includes all costs. The schools are Black Elementary, Holden Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, and Willow Woods Elementary. The bid must include pricing for each school and a total bid price. • The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document. • The bidder must provide a certified check or proposal bond with the bid. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to affirmative action and non-discrimination. • The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with members of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. • The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
