The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is seeking a Preferred Supplier to provide cleaning and janitorial paper products to Alliance Members and Affiliates. The products include batteries, chemicals, dispensers, facial tissue, hand hygiene, housekeeping tools, liners, paper towels, PPE, and sharps containers.

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time.
• The deadline to submit questions/inquiries is March 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time.
• The deadline to submit a bid is March 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time.
• The anticipated contract award is estimated to be in June 2026.
