Metro Nashville seeks an IDIQ contract to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial cleaning services across multiple city‑managed facilities. The vendor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, and eco‑friendly supplies, and be capable of offering supplemental services such as day‑porter staffing, hood & vent cleaning, utility‑drain treatments, and window washing. The contract emphasizes sustainability standards, background‑check compliance, 24/7 management support, and strict minority‑business participation goals.
• Core daily janitorial tasks: trash/recycling removal, restroom restocking, interior/exterior cleaning, and equipment provision.
• Additional services: day‑porter coverage, hood/vent cleaning, drain treatments, window washing, and event support as needed.
• Must meet stringent insurance, EBO (12% MBE, 4% WBE), SBE/SDV (5%) goals, and provide extensive documentation (cost spreadsheet, methodology, qualifications, MISA questionnaire, affidavits).
