The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking quotations to supply five (5) MovinCool (or equivalent) portable air‑conditioning units for the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) as an emergency backup in case the facility’s central chillers fail. The contract is a 100 % Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set‑aside and requires the vendor to deliver the units to GIMC (516 E. Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, NM) by the performance end date of 31 December 2026. The award will be made to the lowest‑priced, technically acceptable offer; the solicitation includes standard FAR and IHS clauses, and all quotations must be emailed to the contracting officer with the solicitation number in the subject line.
