Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase various physical therapy equipment, including therm-X machines, vectra neo, sciFit PRO2 total body exerciser, and other related items. The equipment should meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation of quotes, with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) being the primary factor. The contractor shall provide a flat rate in accordance with the price schedule, and the government's determination will include whether the price reflects a clear understanding of the requirements.
• The equipment should be delivered no later than 60 days after receipt of order.
• The contractor shall provide an OEM-authorized distributor letter and a service maintenance agreement for any OEM equipment.
• The contractor shall submit a signed copy of SF1449 and acknowledge any amendments.
• The contractor shall provide product information brochures with specifications and user manuals.
