W.O. 26-29: Green Valley Drive Culvert Replacement

The City of Billings is seeking bids for the Green Valley Drive Culvert Replacement project. The project involves the removal of the existing culvert, installation of a new concrete arch culvert, concrete and asphalt surface restoration, trench restoration, and related appurtenant items. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 27, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Billings. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond. • The project requires registration with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. • The contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities. • The city is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
