Description
Memphis‑Shelby County Schools (MSCS) is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide full professional design services for a new high‑school in the district’s New East Region. The contract will cover all phases from programming through construction administration for a 1,800‑student (expandable to 2,200) facility with an estimated construction cost of $100‑$150 million. The award will be a three‑year, time‑and‑material agreement with the option to extend up to two additional one‑year terms. The firm must meet extensive insurance, background‑check, MWBE, and local‑preference requirements and must use the district’s PROCORE platform.
• Full A/E services across architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑protection, IT, security, and interior design, including sustainable and ADA‑compliant design.
• Deliverables include programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid packages, and construction administration.
• Vendor must maintain $1 M‑$4 M insurance limits, provide required affidavits, and achieve a 19.5 % MWBE subcontracting goal; local businesses receive a 5 % evaluation advantage.
• Submission requires one original, six copies, and a USB; all materials must be sealed and delivered by the deadline.
