The State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook University Hospital is seeking to purchase Hemapheresis Equipment & Related Items for its New Procedure Suite. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors are required to demonstrate equivalency of their proposed system or device. The successful contractor will be required to complete and submit documents relating to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms. • The contract term is 1 year. • The location of the project is Stony Brook, New York. • The procurement is open to all NYS counties. • Vendors must submit their quotes by the due date listed above. • The contract is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors must comply with the Lobbying Law.
