Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is soliciting quotations for Vector Network Analyzer Extender Head Drivers. The solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the quoter must provide a technical quotation, a price quotation, and terms and conditions. The technical quotation should address the technical capability of the proposed equipment, including a technical description and/or product literature, country of origin, and confirmation of the quoter's ability to meet the required delivery terms. The price quotation should include a firm fixed price for each required line item, shipping and delivery costs, and any applicable discount terms.
• The quoter must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system.
• The quoter must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer.
• The quoter must include a statement in their quotation if they object to any of the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.
• The Government reserves the right not to award a purchase order and to make an award without discussions based solely upon initial quotes.
