The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, intends to solicit and award a sole-source contract to Cox Virginia Telcom, L.L.C for 1GB speed commercial internet service for C5ISC Portsmouth via an existing connection. The contract will be for a base year and four option years, with a total period of performance of five years.
