De-Ionized Water (DI) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Tank Exchange Services

The University of Minnesota Facilities Management is seeking proposals for De-Ionized Water (DI) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Tank Exchange Services for sixty-five systems on three of the Twin Cities Campus Districts. The awarded contractor will provide a supervised and responsive workforce with the experience and ability to complete the job as required by the University of Minnesota. The services will consist of exchanging tanks for the RO and DI systems. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing all activities required to complete the RO/DI Tank Exchange services as specified • Having a supervised and responsive workforce with the necessary experience and ability • Completing the job as required by the University of Minnesota • Providing references and a staffing plan • Submitting a price list The evaluation criteria for the proposals will include project approach and work plan, total cost to the university, staffing plan and qualifications, award terms and conditions, safety, and interviews.
