RFP Roberts Island Dredge Placement Site Preparation

The Port of Stockton is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance work at the Roberts Island Dredge Placement Site. The work includes discing and removing vegetation within the site, which is used for dredged material placement. The contract will be for a period of three years with two one-year extension options. The contractor will be required to perform the work twice annually. • The site is used for dredged material placement from the Port of Stockton's docks and the Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel. • The Port also accepts dredged sediment from other regional projects. • The contractor will be required to maintain the site's readiness for placement activities. • The contract will be awarded to the successful respondent after a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit. • The pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on February 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
