Description
The Ohio Department of Public Safety is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Newark Driver's Exam station. The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services five days a week, excluding state holidays, after business hours. The services will include daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning of restrooms and common areas. The contractor will also be responsible for tile and carpet cleaning.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contractor must maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all occupants.
• The contractor must provide an inventory list of products being used in the facility.
• The contractor must ensure safety floor signs are used and posted when necessary.
• The contractor must provide all required personal protective equipment and training.
• The contractor must submit a quarterly cleaning schedule for approval.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract period will be for 24 months, starting from the time of contract execution and ending on June 30, 2027.
