Description
The City of Revere is seeking bids for the Inflow Removal Program, Contract 12. The project involves removing and/or redirecting illegal inflow sources, extending existing drainage with new 12”-18” pipe, and installing drain manholes and catch basins. The contract time for the base bid is 250 calendar days, with additional time for bid additive alternatives. The project is funded by the City of Revere through the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust.
• The project includes work on various streets in Revere, MA, including Beach Street, Crest Avenue, and Tapley Avenue.
• The contract requires a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner.
• Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development apply to this project.
• The project requires compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) Diesel Retrofit Program.
