The Narragansett Regional School District is seeking bids for the MSBA Accelerated Roof Repair project at Narragansett Middle & Regional High School in Baldwinville, Massachusetts. The project involves the removal and replacement of selective areas of EPDM and metal roofing assembly, associated insulation, air and vapor barrier, roof deck, flashing, masonry, expansion joints, blocking, accessories, roof drains, vents, mechanical equipment, and curbs, as well as associated electrical work.
