RFQ - CM/GC Services

The Nyssa School District #26 is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for various capital improvement and facility-related projects over the next five years. The selected firm will provide pre-construction services, including constructability review, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and phasing plans, as well as construction phase services. The firm must have experience with public K-12 school projects and the CM/GC delivery method. The District may select one or more firms, and the contract will be negotiated on a project-by-project basis. • The CM/GC will be responsible for providing pre-construction services and construction phase services. • The CM/GC will be required to comply with Oregon public improvement requirements, including prevailing wage laws. • The CM/GC will be required to provide performance and payment bonds as required. • The CM/GC will be required to maintain required insurance coverage.
