Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a complete turnkey PA system solution for the Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and services to ensure a successful event. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as price, past performance, and technical approach.
• The contractor must provide a complete turnkey PA system solution, including all necessary equipment and personnel.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services for large events.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed technical approach outlining how they will meet the requirements of the solicitation.
• The contractor must be able to provide references from previous clients.
• The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and liability coverage.
