The City of Waco is seeking proposals for the development of city-owned land located within an existing historic neighborhood. The proposed area is comprised of several lots making up a total of approximately 4.59 acres. The property is generally located along Taylor Street between Spring Street and Cherry Street, 121 Cherry Street and 936 Earle Avenue, Waco, Texas 76704. Electricity and natural gas are available at the developer’s cost. Water and sewer are subject to capacity.
• The City of Waco is seeking proposals for development services for the East Waco property.
• A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. via Zoom Video and Dial In.
• Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
