The Early Learning Coalition of Miami‑Dade/Monroe is seeking qualified vendors to deliver a broad suite of professional‑development and training courses for early‑childhood educators. Courses may be virtual or in‑person, must comply with IACET standards, include pre‑ and post‑assessment, and be offered in English and Spanish. Training sessions are required during weekday evenings (5:30 pm‑9:00 pm) and Saturday mornings (9:00 am‑3:00 pm). Vendors must be registered on the coalition’s procurement portal and submit a full proposal by the October 1 deadline.
• Deliver synchronous and/or asynchronous training aligned with Florida Early Learning Developmental Standards and CLASS® observation tool.
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) content and optional train‑the‑trainer components.
• Submit resumes/CVs of subject‑matter experts, sample coursework, and evidence of IACET‑compliant curriculum development.
• Follow “Cone of Silence” communication restrictions and use only the designated email contacts for questions.
