Description
The City of Chandler is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide HUD environmental review consulting services. The selected consultant will assist the City in conducting environmental reviews for various projects, including modernization, rehabilitation, and new construction. The consultant will be responsible for preparing environmental assessments, exempt activities, and site-specific environmental reviews. The City is looking for consultants with experience in HUD environmental review guidelines and NEPA regulations. The scope of work includes evaluating environmental criteria, documenting compliance, and identifying mitigation measures. The consultant will be required to submit a cost proposal and provide a draft environmental assessment document within 30-60 calendar days after the initial project kick-off meeting.
