The City of Chandler is seeking a single qualified contractor, specifically a Honeywell NOTIFIER Engineered Systems Distributor, to provide comprehensive fire‑protection services for all municipal facilities. The scope includes routine inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm control panels, sprinkler systems, FM‑200 and other gaseous extinguishing systems, fire extinguishers, commercial kitchen exhaust hood suppression systems, and continuous monitoring services. The contractor must respond to emergencies within 2 hours, provide 24×7 availability, and comply with NFPA standards, city insurance, background‑screening, and security‑badge requirements. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with up to four optional one‑year extensions and a possible 60‑day discretionary extension.
