Description
Texas Southern University is seeking a Digital Accessibility & Compliance Coordinator to ensure the university's digital presence is accessible and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. The coordinator will be responsible for conducting accessibility audits, providing training and support, and developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital accessibility, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and excellent communication and project management skills.
• Conduct accessibility audits of the university's digital presence
• Provide training and support to university staff and faculty on digital accessibility
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with university departments to ensure accessibility of digital materials and systems
• Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations and ensure the university's digital presence remains compliant
