Description
Cowlitz County is issuing an open, continuous Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify and add qualified service providers to its Developmental Disabilities Program Qualified Provider List. Providers must be fully licensed and bonded in Washington and capable of delivering Individual Supported Employment, Individualized Technical Assistance, and Community Inclusion Services. Submissions may be made at any time and will be reviewed twice yearly (March and September). The county will evaluate qualifications against state DSHS‑DDA policies and may award contracts for ongoing service delivery under state and county funding.
• Open, “open‑until‑contracted” RFQ – no fixed submission deadline.
• Services required: supported employment, technical assistance, community inclusion.
• Must provide extensive documentation (licenses, insurance, background checks, organizational charts, financial capacity, etc.).
• Evaluation occurs bi‑annually; successful firms become part of a standing provider list for future contracts.
