Description
The City is seeking Engineering Services to include any required public engagement, grant administration, preliminary and final design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services. Firms should have significant experience with water treatment plan process, water main design, and engineering as well as a successful history of permitting and implementing such CDBG funded projects.
