Description
The State of Hawaii, through the Department of Defense and the Hawaii Air National Guard, is soliciting contractors to provide comprehensive janitorial and grounds‑maintenance services at the Hilo Air National Guard facility for a nine‑month period.
• Janitorial services three times per week (Item 1) and five times per week (Item 2).
• Weekly grounds‑maintenance (mowing, edging, plant trimming) (Item 3).
• Optional one‑time floor stripping/waxing (Item 4) and floor buffing (Item 5).
• Contract period: 10/01/2026 – 06/30/2027 (≈ 9 months).
• Submission window opens 08/25/2026; questions due 09/01/2026; bids due 09/15/2026 at 2 PM.
• No pre‑bid conference or mandatory site visit.
• All vendors must be registered in Hawaii Compliance Express and meet state/federal compliance requirements.
