Description
The Panola Partnership, Inc. is seeking professional architectural/engineering services for preliminary construction services related to Appalachian Regional Commission funding. The selected firm will be expected to provide qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. The evaluation factors include qualifications (40 points), experience (40 points), and capacity (20 points). The proposal should include a list of qualifications of each staff person, information regarding the experience of the firm, and the number and title of staff available to be assigned to provide services.
• The proposal should be submitted in 1 original and 6 copies by 1:00 PM local time on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
• The Panola Partnership reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the proposals or the submission process.
• The project involves implementation of Appalachian Regional Commission funding.
• The selected firm will be expected to provide preliminary architectural/engineering construction services.
