Description
The City of Folsom is seeking proposals from qualified firms or interdisciplinary teams to provide Class I pedestrian overcrossing design services for the East Bidwell Pedestrian Overcrossing. The Consultant shall provide expertise in preparing design engineering plans for a pedestrian overcrossing construction. The scope of work includes project management, survey and base mapping, environmental analysis, design review, and construction engineering support. The City expects the Consultant to develop their own detailed scope of work and identify deliverables based on knowledge of City and Caltrans procedures and understanding of the project.
• The project involves CEQA/NEPA compliance, public outreach, design/engineering, preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• The Consultant shall comply with all contract and insurance requirements of the City of Folsom.
• The Consultant shall provide a detailed scope of work statement, describe project deliverables, and describe cost control and budgeting methodology for this Project.
• The Consultant shall identify key stakeholders for the project and organize and attend meetings with stakeholders as needed.
