The City of Huntington Beach is seeking a qualified contractor to fully refurbish two 29‑ft “Crystaliner” lifeguard rescue vessels, restoring them to like‑new condition for surf‑rescue, SAR, and training missions. The scope includes complete hull reconstruction, installation of new dual‑engine power‑trains, electrical and fuel systems, safety equipment, navigation electronics, and post‑refurbishment sea‑trials.
