Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the installation and implementation of an audiovisual monitoring system. The system will be used in the autopsy room of the Medical Examiner's office. A mandatory job walk is scheduled for February 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bidders must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered. The bid must include a unit price for the equipment and implementation services.
• The system must meet the operating requirements of the using department.
• The bidder must provide a certified local small business enterprise preference, if applicable.
• The bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer, if applicable.
• The bidder must provide professional liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
