Description
The Sunflower County, MS, is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide legal services for a HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant project. The project involves providing clear title searches for housing units to be rehabilitated or reconstructed and assisting in carrying out any additional activities associated with the project. The contract will be on a fixed price basis, and offerors must submit proposals by November 24, 2025, 10:00 A.M. local time. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, capacity for performance, and price.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous for the program.
• The project involves providing legal services for a HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant.
• Offerors must comply with Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
• Sunflower County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
