CDBG - NR Rebid

The Town of Mount Olive is seeking bids for the provision and set-up of one State Building Code modular house. The project is funded by a federal 2023 CDBG-NR grant of $950,000, which represents 100% of the total project costs. The scope of work includes housing clearance, reconstruction, and rehabilitation activities.
