The State of Maine is seeking bids to provide comprehensive custodial (janitorial) services for the Waterville Weapons‑Storage‑Depot (WMD) and associated CST facilities. The contract will cover routine daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning, waste removal, floor maintenance, and specialty tasks for a building totaling approximately 18,500 SF, with service commencement on July 1 2026 and completion on June 30 2027.
