Exterior Window & Pressure Washing Service

The University of Wisconsin‑Eau Claire is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive exterior window cleaning and pressure‑washing services for all campus buildings. The work includes cleaning glass panes, frames, and screens (interior screens may be removed by UW staff), pressure‑washing exterior walls, roofs, and other surfaces, protecting landscaping, supplying all labor, equipment, eco‑safe detergents, safety signage, and complying with OSHA and university safety standards. Bids must be submitted electronically via the ShopUW+ Sourcing Module by the deadline, and the contract will run for three years (July 2026 – June 2029) with the possibility of extending the service to other UW System campuses and Wisconsin municipalities. • Scope covers ~881,000 sq ft of building exterior across 24+ campus structures. • Contractor must hold appropriate insurance, provide background checks for workers, and adhere to UW‑Eau Claire’s standard terms (DOA‑3054) and federal rules. • No minimum purchase guarantee; pricing must be firm for the entire contract term, and the contract may be used by other state entities.
