PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION - SALTERS POOL PARKING LOT

The Town of Manchester is seeking bids for the reconstruction of the parking lot at Salters Pool. The project includes excavation, bituminous concrete pavement removal, formation of subgrade, hot mix asphalt paving, installation of extruded concrete curb, concrete sidewalks and ramps, and a storm drainage system. The contract time allotted for this project is 50 working days, and the project must start no earlier than August 27, 2026, and be completed by November 30, 2026. • The project requires the contractor to perform at least 50% of the original contract total value with its own organization. • The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, municipal ordinances, and rules and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. • The contractor must submit a non-collusion affidavit and a conflict of interest statement.
