UND Condensate Replacement MH 1-7 to EERC Manhole

University of North Dakota is seeking qualified contractors to replace approximately 450 ft of condensate pipe between Manhole 1‑7 and the Energy & Engineering Research Center (EERC) manhole on the Grand Forks campus. The owner will supply the pipe; the contractor is responsible for demolition of existing pipe, installation of new steel condensate piping (A53 ERW SCH‑80 with Perma‑Pipe manufacturing), trenching, back‑fill, site restoration, and all associated anchoring and sealing work.
