Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for one year to Werfen USA LLC for the lease of two ACL Top 750 Systems. The systems are currently in use within the Hematology Service section of the Department of Laboratory Medicine. The ACL TOP 750 analyzer is designed to deliver cutting-edge automation and quality management for both routine and specialized coagulation tests.
• The lease is for two ACL Top 750 systems.
• The anticipated period of performance is from March 12, 2026, to March 11, 2027.
• The proposed vendor, Werfen USA LLC, is the sole manufacturer of the consumable items to be used with ACL Top analyzer.
• The total dollar value of this requirement shall not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), $250,000.00.
