PURCHASE SEVERAL EQUIPMENT FOR CONSTRUCTING A PORTABLE MICROSCOPE SYSTEM

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition to purchase several equipment for constructing a portable microscope system. The essential equipment includes a Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) module, a Hybrid photon detector, a Picosecond Laser, a Beamsplitter unit, and a GVD-120PCIE module. The equipment will be used to build a Portable Multiphoton Microscope for detection of biosensors associated with parameters of interest in living animals. • The equipment will be delivered to 5625 Fishers Ln, Staff Scientist Tuan Nguyen at LBQB. • The contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99-1. • The acquisition is conducted under the procedures as prescribed in FAR subpart 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this notice, and responses must be received by June 18th, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern time.
